Presidio Guidelines
Hello Everyone. I just wanted to go over the Presidio rules for all the new members. We as brotherhood have a 30% defensive requirement for you to maintain full time at the Presidio(s). There is an incentive scale..basically the more defense you provide the better your pardon allotment a day. That is for the defensive value you have at a Presidio you can draw pardons daily from that Presidio. It is NOT cumulative so if you forget or just do not collect they are lost for that day, HOWEVER if there are none available message me we will then work it out.
You may draw pardons from each Presidio once a day (24hr) according to the defensive value of your troops. Each Presidio is handled separately, meaning the number of pardons may be different. Treat each Presidio individually and remember you can draw from any Presidio you are supporting. NOTE: Please do NOT drop pardons lower than 2k in a Presidio. King Carlos is slower to replenish pardons when it is dropped lower.
Pardon Transfer
The brotherhood leader is the only one to transfer pardons between Presidios. This is mainly due to the fact that pardons get wasted by using this function.
Pardon System Scale
It's a fair system and it is monitored please respect it. I hate to be a bad guy and turn off pardons but I will if someone abuses the system. If anyone needs help learning the system PLEASE message me or one of our advisers and we will give step by step directions.
Please keep a copy of the pardon scale.

SYC will treat any shield, ALLY or PEACE, the same way. We will not touch anything carrying the flag of one of our allies. Havens, Blockades, Treasure Islands or Targets.
And then.....
That will be the only kind of shield we have and we will expect the same of everyone we have a shield with, no exceptions.
